The Adison International Mentoring Service:
We offer our clients a highly personal mentoring option. Following an initial meeting where we will establish an understanding of your current business, we will formally meet on a monthly basis as part of your board meeting, to cover any particular or wider ranging issues relating to your business, to work towards achieving your strategic plans or more specifically to prepare your business for sale.
A typical day consists of a meeting from 11am until 3pm followed by two hours of off site work and a written report as appropriate. This also includes an on-going telephone hot-line for any advice or support you require.
This is offered at a cost of £500 (+vat) per month.
